Cool! I wish I had your talent for drawing mecha. This seems to be based on the Phantom, was that the inspiration for this? Also, what is it's name?

I had a whole bunch of Nagano’s designs in front of me when I did this, so it’s a mix, inspiration wise. I haven’t chosen a name for it yet. any suggestions are welcome :D

I’ve also got a Machine Messiah sketched out, but that one might take a while to finish.

This design looks like it would fit well in the world of Five Star Stories. Good job!
If you don't like the news then go make some of your own.

How about Mutimir (translation: disturb the world)? Or Bezmir (translation: without land, without peace)? Or even Bachuta (beauty) for possible names?

+1 vote for Bezmir for the name!

I really like what you've done with the designs, I can see elements from several. I applaud thee.

Thanks! :D

what language is that?
I like "Bachuta". how about a li’l twist to it... Vachuta :D hmmm.

The language is Russian. I've always loved the Russian language, I don't know why, and I plan on learning it...someday. Vachuta sounds like a cool and fitting name. I can't wait to see more of your mecha!

I agree. My father visited Russia during his college years (you know, back in the B.C's :P ) when Russia was still the Soviet Union. He said it was kinda scary and a little sad, but he enjoyed his trip none-the-less. Being an artist, he loved the architecture of Russian buildings, and some of the propaganda was interesting too. To bad he didn't bring a camera. I would have liked to see what he saw.

I should go there some day. it’s not that far.

BTW, I gave you credit for the name idea :D

Gpenguin, that is amazing!
I love the shapes and curves of this it something like sinister look? (in a good way)
Hope to see many more of your works in the future. :D

May I share this with members of an FSS club I belong to?
It's a group operating under the popular Korean online club site Cyworld.
I'll make sure to link to your devianart page and explain to them how the name came about, etc.
