- The Helmine is equipped with an arsenal of hidden weapons behind its forearm mounted veils (it has 2 veils, 1 per arm). It also possesses a special shock repellant called "liquid rubber" which reduces kinetic energy damage to interior components (including the headdliner and fatima). Occasionally, during mortar headd combat, a particularly powerful hit along the mortar headd’s body will cause what is known as "backlash" which is kinetic energy of the attack that is transmitted to the headdliner (via the spinal feedback system in the piloting seat) which can cause the pilot injury. Liquid rubber reduces the chance of this happening to the pilot of a Helmine.
