Fatima Kyo is the 17th masterpiece of the Chrome Ballanche collection. She is the partner to Mirage Knight Allen Braford. Kyo has suffered mental stress during her tenure as Braford’s fatima and as a result, she takes drugs to stabilize her mental processes. During a duel with a mysterious mortar headd (the Auge, piloted by Atropos) Kyo suffered an extreme mental block which almost resulted in her mind shattering. For some reason, she felt as if she could not attack because it was an AKD design. Only through Kyo’s loyalty to her master was she able to penetrate the mental block and assist Sir Braford in the defeat of their opponent. Even though the ordeal almost destroyed Kyo’s sanity and mental stability, she recovered. Now that her master works with the AKD, Kyo’s mental health should be safe. Unlike most fatimas, Kyo sometimes overrides her masters’ decisions (when she considers it for their own good) during combat which has lead some to consider her "uncontrollable."
Kyo and Braford piloted the one-of-a-kind Apache during the Emperor Rescue Mission. As a Mirage Fatima, Kyo will co-pilot a LED Mirage and one of the two Terror Mirages.
